Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you request an estimate or build an order, you give us your name, phone number, email address, and property address, plus any project details you choose to add. If you create an account or check out online, we also keep your order history and basic account details. Card payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our systems. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data through the estimate form.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request — to schedule a visit, prepare a written quote, deliver or install sod, and follow up about that job. We may text or email you about your request. We do not run a marketing list and we do not cold-call.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use trusted service providers only to run our own operations — for example, the tools that route your request to our dispatch board and our scheduling software. Those providers may process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate, order, and account records for up to seven (7) years — long enough to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our tax and legal obligations — and then we securely dispose of them. Records tied to an unresolved dispute or legal hold are kept until that matter closes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your choices”), and we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect it
We use industry-standard safeguards. Our site is served over HTTPS, and the form that carries your details is protected against common abuse. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've shared, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time — just call 813.651.5858 or reply to any message from us.
Children
Our services are for property owners and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our business changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
